This policy explains what information Bright Herd LLC ("Bright Herd," "we," "us") collects through brightherd.com and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organization, the services you're interested in, whether you represent a church or non-profit, and your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to prepare proposals you request.

Information collected automatically

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. To protect the contact form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates signals from your browser to tell people from bots. When you submit the form we also record the country your request came from. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it delivers them.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to you (such as Cloudflare for hosting, security and email delivery), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete the information you've sent us, email contact@brightherd.com or call (817) 938-3499.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
